1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AERIS website (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products offered by AERIS (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use this Site.
2. Products and Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or change any product, pricing, or packaging at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment through the methods available at checkout via Shopify’s secure payment gateway. Orders are processed only once full payment has been received.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within South Africa only. Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on destination. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unused and sealed products within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email info@aeris.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been inspected and approved.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
6. Limitation of Liability
AERIS (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including trademarks, text, graphics, and images—is the property of AERIS (Pty) Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
